The starting point

A charger is one part of the installation.

The site may also need cabling, distribution equipment, protection, civil work, connectivity and a change to its electricity connection. A qualified electrical assessment establishes the required work and the approvals relevant to the project.

Designed for

Built around your setting.

The right charging approach depends on who uses the site, how long they stay, the available electrical capacity and who will operate the system.

How it works

From site plan to daily use.

01

Assess the site before selecting equipment

Review vehicle compatibility, parking time, available load and the proposed cable route. Confirm equipment placement, weather exposure and access for maintenance.

  • Vehicle and connector requirements
  • Electrical supply and protection
  • Bay and cable layout
  • Connectivity requirements
02

Commission and hand over the system

Installation should be followed by the appropriate electrical checks and functional testing. Confirm charging, access and billing functions within the agreed scope before handover.

  • Installation and test records
  • Charging-session checks
  • User and operator guidance
  • Warranty and support details

Charger Installation FAQ

How long does installation take?+

Timing depends on the site survey, equipment availability, electrical and civil work, and any approvals or supply upgrades. A delivery schedule can be set once that scope is known.

Can I use the existing electricity connection?+

Possibly, if it has sufficient approved capacity and suitable infrastructure. The assessment should check the existing loads, protection and any changes required by the relevant utility.

Is charger supply the same as a complete installation?+

No. Confirm whether a quotation includes electrical equipment, cabling, civil work, connectivity, testing and commissioning, as well as the charger itself.
